Kangaroo meat is better for you, and better for the environment.

Chef, restaurateur and native foods expert Nornie Bero discusses the benefits of kangaroo meat in the latest issue of Delicious. Bero points out that kangaroo is one of the healthiest red meats, super lean (with less than two percent fat) and rich in iron, zinc and omega-3s. He also reflects on kangaroo as a sustainable meat source – given it is free-range and organic.
