SUSTAINABLE

Australia’s commercial kangaroo harvest is one of the most sustainable wild harvest operations on the planet. Only six abundant species are permitted to be harvested, under strict government quotas based on population data.

ETHICAL

Animal welfare is non-negotiable. Harvesting is done in the Kangaroos’ natural habitat using science-backed, ethical and humane methods. It is then ensured that no part of the animal is discarded during processing.

ACCOUNTABLE

Every step of the process is monitored, from harvest to export. All harvested animals and the processing facilities undergo regular third-party inspections to meet Australia’s strict food safety and welfare standards.
